| 1. Why register with Bunspace?
Although anyone can view rabbits immediately, registering with Bunspace allows you to "Add a Rabbit" which gives you your own webpage with photos of your rabbit(s). Rabbit pages show their likes, dislikes, nicknames, breed as well as links to their other rabbit siblings and Bunny Buddies on the site. Registrants also have the benefit of posting in the forum, blog, posting picture and profile comment, and much more. |
| 2. Is there a fee to use Bunspace?
No. You can join Bunspace, create your rabbit's profile, write profile and picture comments, post in the forum, blog, event section, and much more. And it's all free! We do, however, have a VIB membership for members that want a few extra features and are willing to pay for them.

| 3. What are Bunny Buddies?
A Bunny Buddy is your rabbit friend. When you see a rabbit you like, click "Ask to be your buddy", which will send an email to confirm the friendship. When your friend approves, both rabbits will appear on each other's pages as a Bunny Buddy. |
| 4. I received a Bunny Buddies invite notification. What am I supposed to do next?
There are two ways to approve/reject a buddy invite. |
| 5. How do I remove someone from my Bunny Buddies list?
Select "Buddies" - "My Buddies" from the main menu and see an overview of all your bunny buddies. Here you'll be able to delete select profiles. |
| 6. What are Bookmarks?
It's your own collection of rabbits to view and save. Once a rabbit is added to your Bookmarks, you will always be able to find him/her there. |
| 7. Will the other member see that I bookmarked him/her?
No, it's your own private list. |
| 8. How do I remove someone from my Bookmarks?
There are two ways to remove a rabbit from your bookmarks. |
| 9. I have seen people posting their bunny badges on other sites. Where do I find it?
Go to "Account" - "My Bunny Profiles". Here you find a link to your rabbit(s) badges. |
| 10. How do I get in the Spotlight Profile?
Only VIB profiles will be randomly picked and featured as a Spotlight Profile on the Bunspace Homepage. To become a VIB please visit "VIB". |
Profile Questions |
| 1. How do I change my profile information?
Select "Account" from the main menu. You will then see all the options to change your profile information and statistics. |
| 2. How do I add a new rabbit?
Go to "Account" in the main menu and select "Add A Bunny". Once you added your additional rabbit, he/she will automatically appear in the same family. |
| 3. My rabbit is no longer with us. How do I reflect that?
Go to "Account" - "My Bunny Profiles" and edit the profile for that rabbit. Under the age field is a checkbox that asks if the rabbit is no longer with you. Check that. Your rabbit will appear in "Rainbow Bridge" listing. Your rabbit will also have the rainbow image in the profile and the age will be removed. |
| 4. I received a new profile comment notification. What am I supposed to do next?
a) If you have the Auto Approve Profile Comments turned on: No action is needed. The new comment will immediately appear on your profile. b) If you have the Auto Approve Profile Comments turned off: There are two ways to approve/reject profile comments. |
| 5. Can I see who is viewing my profile?
No, and this is a feature we have decided to never implement. We would consider this a violation of a member's site use privacy. |
| 6. What's "Give A Carrot"?
When you are on any rabbit's page you'll see a link to give them a carrot. Carrots are just fun little gifts you can leave behind. You can share a carrot with any rabbit you want. You can give a carrot as often as you like. |
| 7. Can other members see who gave them a carrot?
No, giving a carrot is anonymous. |
| 8. What is the gold star symbol next to a member's name?
The star next to a member's name signifies that this rabbit is a VIB. |
| 9. How do I delete a profile?
Currently you cannot remove a rabbit's profile. Please email us and we will take care of it. |
Account Questions |
| 1. Can I change my user name?
Yes, just contact ADMINISTRATION, and we can change the name for you. |
| 2. How do I change my password?
Select "Account" - "Password/Email" from the main menu. |
| 3. How do I change my zipcode?
Select "Account" - "Account Settings" from the main menu. |
| 4. Why does my profile not show the correct city I live in?
Our zipcode database is derived from the US Postal services database. There are many cities that are serviced by other postal districts. If you would like us to correct your profile, we would need some alternate zipcodes in your area, and the name of the city you would like to have displayed in your profile. Please send this information to ADMINISTRATION. |

| 1. How do I add a photo to my profile?
Click on "Account" - "My Bunny Profiles" and select "Manage Photos" for the rabbit you wish to upload photos. |
| 2. How do I change my lead photo, or the order of my photos in my profile?

| 6. If I post photos to your website who owns them?
Unlike other services that claim exclusive ownership, your photos are still yours when you post them to Bunspace. Our terms do state that by posting your photos to Bunspace, you are granting us permission to display them on our web services. This is called non-exclusive rights, which grants us the ability to use them within the confines of our service worldwide, but no where else. The photos are still yours and we would never use them or claim ownership outside of usage by Bunspace. |
Email Questions |
| 1. How come I don't seem to recieve any emails including friend invites from Bunspace.com?
If you expect to be getting emails from us and are not, it's very likely that your mail provider or spam blocker may be incorrectly filter our mail as spam or bulk mail. Take a peek in your Bulk or Spam folders and do a search for the domain bunspace.com. If you see any matches you know we're sending them, but your mail or spam software has the wrong opinion of us. The best way to stop this from happening, is to make such an email as safe and to whitelist our email address bunspace.com with your mail software. By telling your software to approve of all emails from the domain bunspace.com they'll always go straight to your inbox. |
| 2. Can I send or receive email using a regular Internet email address?
No, the Bunspace email system is a closed system, and only allows you to send and receive emails with other Bunspace members. |
| 3. Can I undelete mail after I have deleted it?
No. |
| 4. How do I send an email?
You must first locate the member's profile that you wish to send an email to. |
| 5. How do I stop outside email notifications of new Bunspace mail?
Go to "Account" in the main menu and select "Account Settings". Here you can select which notifications you would like to receive and which ones you don't. |
| 6. Why isn't there a Send Mail button in my profile?
You won't see one on your own profile since you can't send an email to yourself. Other members can see the icon in your profile. |
